We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per your subscription terms.

99.9% monthly uptime with service credits for any downtime exceeding this threshold.

Enterprise support with dedicated success manager and 2-hour response time for priority issues.
4.3 Data Processing
Real-time insights delivery with maximum 4-hour data refresh cycles for analytics updates.
